HHC makes a number of announcements at ADIHEX 2019

Dubai, 30 August 2019: The Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center (HHC) has made a number of new announcements during its participation at the 17^th edition of ADIHEX 2019, held in ADNIC, Abu Dhabi.

In its sixth year of participation, HHC remains to be a point of attraction to visitors, thanks to its interactive heritage and Tec concept found at the stand.

His Excellency Abdullah Hamdan Bin Dalmook, CEO of The Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, visited the stand yesterday, August 29^th. He took a tour around the exhibition and met with a number of officials and individual exhibitors seeking to preserve heritage.

“We seek to cooperate with par institutions as well as individual exhibitors, in order to better serve the community and preserve the country’s heritage. I have met with H.E. Majid Al Mansouri, Secretary General of Emirates Falconers’ Club – Chairman of the Higher Organizing Committee at ADIHEX, and we have discussed mutual cooperation on a project that we hope to launch soon. Something that will serve heritage”, said Bin Dalmook.

Ms. Suad Ibrahim Darwish, Director of Championships at HHC said: we have created a corner to display our timekeeping, smart tech and laser devices used in the Championships. We have also launched at ADIHEX 2019, a new Robotic Gazelle designed for the Saluki Championship as movement of the prey will enhance the Saluki race’.

Ms. Hind Bin Demaithan Al Qemzi, Director of Events at HHC said: “The Camel Trek is an event that has enjoyed a wide popularity among residents and nationals. Due to the rising public interest, we have opened the door for initial registration at HHC’s stand at ADIHEX”.

Meanwhile, Ms. Fatma Bin Huraiz, Director of Research and Studies at HHC, has announced that the ‘Wathiqati Initiative’ received a number of documents, including school certificates, going back to the sixties, from Ms. Amna Al Hashimi – a UAE national.  

‘Apart from receiving valuable documents that reveal how schools were in the UAE in the sixties, we have a notebook by Sheikha Hessa Bint Al Murr. A valuable resource that reveals how women in the UAE enjoyed leadership and good education’, concluded Fatma Bin Huraiz.

For the sixth year, HHC ensures its presence amid this vivacious event, considering what ADIHEX encompasses and how it embraces exhibitors and amateurs sharing the same trade and affection for equestrian, desert camping, marine life and hunting with falcons under its distinctive umbrella.
